About me
Senija Selimovic-Hamza, Phd
Dr. Senija Selimovic-Hamza is a scientist and biohacker, combining deep expertise in genomics and biomedicine with a hands-on approach to human optimization. A certified epigenetics and micronutrition coach, she continuously expands her knowledge, most recently completing a year-long, 240-hour Compassionate Inquiry™ training with Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam.
With a bachelor thesis in epigenetics and bioinformatics, a master thesis in psychoepigenetics, and a PhD in biomedical sciences, Dr. Selimovic-Hamza is among the most profoundly trained epigenetic biohackers worldwide. She is a peer-reviewed author of multiple scientific publications, a speaker at international conferences, a bestselling author, and has been recognized with awards for her scientific contributions.
Returning to her lifelong passion for karate, she blends discipline, movement, and mind-body mastery into her coaching. Her dedication to research, combined with an authentic love for nature and biohacking, creates a coaching approach that is both science-driven and deeply personal.

You own your power
Born in pre-war Yugoslavia (now Bosnia and Herzegovina), Dr. Selimovic-Hamza has witnessed firsthand how challenging environments can shape resilience. She has made it her mission to understand and optimize the human epigenome, helping people take responsibility for their own health, performance, and longevity. Her Bosnian roots and multilingual approach, combined with international education and experience, have shaped her into a scientist and coach who balances deep empathy with practical strategies for transformation. She demonstrates that we are capable of far more than we often dare to imagine – not through shortcuts or passive fixes, but through conscious choices, discipline, and self-mastery.
„You are not your genes.“
